'58 Lark swivel bracket crack: Weld or Replace?

Hi folks. I'm in the process of getting this thing tore down to strip and paint and discovered this tonight:

Is it worth looking into welding on this or should I just try to replace it? Part #377532.

you may not have a choice, but to weld it.
