i have a 60hp mariner 3 cly, the problem is that i cant get it to start, it cranks over no problem, the compression is 9bar in all clyinders. ive taken out the carbs cleaned them, and let the small bits soak over night is carb cleaner.
ive replaced the spark plugs, fuel filter, and i did come across a small tear in the fuel pump diaphram so i got all new diaphrams and gaskets. still nothing. changed the fuel tank and petrol and still it wont turn on. ive done as much as i can with the knowledge i have. im lost any help please?
