60 hp evinrude is having a few problems. Pretty sure the carbs need cleaned per my other posts but wanted to throw this out there. I have found that the top cylinder is not firing.(pulled all plug wires and the motor did not decrease in rpm when i pulled this plug). Switched the coils around and still the same thing so my first question is have i isolated it to the carb. Secondly I started it up one last time on the muffs and it started overreving like crazy, eventually it will come back down within range but it is really idling fast. Once it idles down to normal it is almost like the motor is coughing. i don know how else to describe it. any thoughs guys
