i have a 60 hp mercury 1988? s/n ob399464 , the trouble is when cold it feels like it runs on 2 cyl, i will pt in to drive and it will boug out and die, i restart it and run at high idle for 10 min you can hear the cyl come back from time to time and then it will come back and run good ,with good power ,as long as it is warm, when cold it will take 10 15 min of high idle to get all cyl, any help ,,carl
