60s rude johnson lower unit swap

Anyone know off hand if you can swap lower units from johnsons to rudes and vice versa from 62 to 67 as long as they are both electromatic/seletric and same horsepower? Everything seems to match. I just can't find a online parts manual for the older 62 electromatic I want to swap to.
