'61 T.M. Fiesta Transom Dimensions

Firts of all, thank you to all who responded a d gave insight on my first posting. I was able to remove what was left of the rotted transom and have purchased a sheet of 3/4" marine grade plywood. What my current issue isthe correct dimensions of the transom itself.
The original came out in three pieces, both angled ends and the majority of the center section where the drain holes are located, pictures in my profile The entire length at the bottom roughly 2-3" is gone (its actually a pile of woodchips inside the well).
I have been on the internet searching every possible description I can think of to find the measurements with no luck whatsoever. Anyone know where I can find this information? Anyone have it on hand and like to share?

doubt the information exists. that boat was built and the company went out of business well before the internet existed

however what does your tape measure say it is.

use strips of cardboard and make an outline of the transom from the inside of the boat. It only has to be about 1/2" from all sides for it to fit properly. Tape the strips together to make the outline template.

I second what WOG says, but will add you can also use thin plywood strips and instead of tape you can use a hot glue gun.

OHHHHH, Getting FANCY on me, aint' ya John!!! But...He's right just about any stiff material will work to make the template.

Me and tape don't get along. Hot glue is not much better but at least I get things to stick together. And how am I supposed to get slivers if I am using cardboard?

Yeah Well I try to avoid Slivers anytime I can. My eyes are so BAD now that I can's see em to dig em out.
