This was the best buy I think I've ever made. I got under $600 in this boat including title and registration fees. I'm having a blast with this little boat. Sorry, no pictures. I've made a bunch of friends and this old little boat gets some attention with the older crowds at the lake. Kinda cool getting people waving at you and reliving memories from the 60's and 70's.

I think I'll keep it.

Sorry would have been a little more active... But I've been at the lake. spend bunch of time riding around. Nope not a $20,000 boat, but I love it. Only complaint is this, I have never seen an impeller separate like this before. Almost killed my motor. But she's fine.

Yep...whether I/O or O/B...If you even SUSPECT the impeller, change her! 20.00 for an impeller can multiply quickly if not adressed! yes I learned this the hard way as well! lol

I had one do that. The implller was stuck and the pump shaft turned and the heat melted the brass away from the Impeller I notice as mine was the fins look fairly intact. My advaise is to replace the complete pump and you know you are ahead of any further problem with it.

It will be a bit more costly but will be much more reliable. as all the plastic material and rubber seals will be new. Pugetsound
