65hp evinrude 65853b waterpump?

I was reading a post about water pumps repair if you do it your self for about $20 That would cover the impeller and maybe the o-ring that the book tell me to replace is that All i need to do the rebuild my waterpump?

you need an impeller replacement kit. Brp Part # 379769 dealer or order from here:

there is not an aftermarket kit for your motor.
