Yesterday was a great day; I finally cranked my motor. I put some WD-40 on each cylinder since it has been at least 1.5 years since it was cranked and after priming it it cranked for about 3-5 seconds and slowly died. I pulled the cord 3 or 4 times and nothing happened then I pump the gas again and it cranked at the first pull but it died after 3-5 seconds again. I did it one more time before I stopped and decided to ask you guys. I know the carb needs rebuilding and I have the kit already but the manual I have (Clymer) has me confused with the different types of carb and the pictures on the book do not resemble the carb on the motor. I do not know the type I have A,B,C,D... Could use some help identifying it. Also how hard is it to rebuild do I need to have any special tools? Is the Clymer book the best for teaching or should I leave it to the pro?

Thanks again
Jose
