66 18hp Fastwin - Reed Plate / Reed Box Torque Settings

Can't seem to find torque settings for the 18hp Fastwin Reed Plate/Box. Anybody have a definite on that?

Screw Size and corresponding torque values in INCH LBS!
10=25 to 35 inch lbs
12=35 to 40 inch/lbs
1/4"=60 to 80 inch/lbs
5/16"=120 to 140 inch/lbs
3/8"=220 to 240 inch/lbs

Although, I must confess, I don't use a torque wrench on the intake manifold.
