I have found the seals here on the website but I am curious how hard it is to change the seals. Should I do them all while I am in there? I would like to get this done soon. Its has to be seals I made sure the drain screws have o rings on them to ensure they are not sicking in water.

Not that hard with the proper tools. You'll need a seal puller - a hook-like tool - available at any auto parts store for $10-15. You'll also need a special tool to remove the shift rod seal bushing. The tool is a long punch. The end of the punch is the same diameter as the shift rod, and then it gets fatter. You need to punch the bushing out and the seal (an o-ring) is underneath it.
