First ? is I was wondering does my motor pee out the exhaust hole in the center of the motor? And I had it out today and at wot it was only going 25mph. I took the pin out that locks the motor down and while running around it was staying down didnt look like it was leveling out the motor that is, could the shocks be the problem?

you should have a mist or spray out the exhaust relief ports on the back of the leg, most of the water comes out the prop with the exhaust. these ports are for when the motor is idling. go to the engine faq forum. there is a great post there by Joe Reeves, on your carb adjustments. you also have and electric shift lower unit.

You are expecting the motor to trim out by itself? Won't happen. Put the pin back in at the proper trim setting.

The shocks are to prevent violent slamming up of the motor when you jump a log.
