68 100 HP Electramatic, worth rebuilding?

I've been handed what I'm informed is a 100 HP 68 Electramatic V-4, and I've been asked if it's worth rebuilding.<br /><br />My experience is all with 40 HP or smaller OBM's, and certainly nothing electrical for shifting!<br /><br />The Electrics appear to have been repaired a few times, and the motor can't be turned over by hand even with plugs out.<br /><br />Also, how hard are parts to come by, especially in Australia.

That would be one engine I would steer clear of. There is'nt an inexspensive part on it, plus, probably hard to find. I had one of these! If you get it running, get a large gas tank, the bigger, the better.
