It looks like fun to get that motor running again.
It may be only worth the challenge...but maybe a lot more if you're looking to replace it.
If nothing else, at least give it a proper burial. It looks like it already has "one foot in the grave!"
Dig it out, clean it up, remove plugs, lube cylinders, and check compression. If numbers are OK, clean up ignition, clean carbs, and see if it'll start. It is worth a lot more running than half buried!
