69 65hp shift linkage

i need to know if im missing parts or not to mu throttle and shift linkage i think my throttle is fine but not sure about the shift i havent ordered my cables yet but i will soon here are some pics.

cant really tell from theses pics the shift linkage is under the the bottom carb at the front of the engine and runs to the side where the cables hook
