they stay gapped at .020 but they seem to be vibrating out of allignment. they still touch when they close but they are not perfectly alligned. I also didnt have a feeler guage so I was told I could use a business card, is that true?

I just went out and measured 3 business cards. They measured .011, .012 and .014 So according to that, your points are opening a tad late.

thankyou. I am on my way to buy a set of feeler guages and set them again! I will post what I have found monday. again thank you all for everything. I am going to go kick the guy that told me a business card was .020
