It is very hard to give a value, but I will try. Price changes between geographic areas, demand, etc...
The cosmetics seem ok. The front cowl door is there, which is sometimes missing. Seems to have all of its medallions. That is good.
The long shaft will put some off, as not many could use it. You will have to find that special guy with a long shaft transom on his boat.
In my area, a motor like that I would try to pay $100 to $150 for. I normally put about $100 to $150 in parts into them, then once fully mechanically restored I sometimes get about $350 for them. All generally speaking. That is without the controls and such that you have. They are valuable in their own right.
