7.4 merc MPI wiring harness

I have 1997 wellcraft 3600 with twin 7.4 MPI's got this boat as a salvage the engines had been replaced and all wiring disconnected,my problem is that there is a separate harness that looks to have a mercury heat sensor for the exhaust manifolds on both banks but there is also another couple of wires that I cannot seem to find where they are suppose to go.I think they are suppose to be on the altenator side of the engine.Also on the same boat I have a kohler 6.5 genset that looks to have some sort of solenoid shut off on the fuel line with wires going to the genset control panel which also were disconected .

Ayuh,...

Can't Help ya with the Generator wiring,... Well, Maybe with some Pictures, or a Much Better explanation...
As for the Motors,....
Up at the Top of this forum,... There's a Sticky titled Adults Only....
In there, you can find the Links to the Factory Service Manuals for your motors,...
Drives Too probably....

I have engine manuals but this harness must be for gauges or something on this particular boat not on basis 7.4 mpi harness.

If you're sure that these wires aren't for the engine, then trace the wires to the other end.
Find out what is connected to that end.
