7.4 MPI exhaust manifold plugs leaking

Each of my exhaust manifolds has a pair of Torx (huge Torx) head plugs installed on the side that faces the engine. They are located above the exhaust ports. 3 out of the 4 on my engine are leaking water. The manifolds seem to be in good shape otherwise. Is this common? Should I remove them and seal them up, or buy new manifolds?

They could be "plastic". When you have them out, look at 'em real good. If they look like they have been HOT, replace them. Engine may have been overheated at somepoint.

They are indeed plastic. I think I will replace them. Good advice.

Anyone know what size Torx driver they take? It's a whole lot bigger than any I have.
