Got a 1989 Arriva (in great condition)with 7.4/B1 that might need to be replaced (just the engine). Also have a 1998 Stingray (hull in bad shape)with an almost band new(not rebuilt) Mag 350/Alpha, complete with all accessories and new manifolds and risers. Don't have $3000 to spend right now on new 7.4 so was thinking about doing a swap. What parts will need to be swapped over (other than sea water pump) or bought to make the swap happen. Any info appreciated.

I'm thinking.----Your 350 should bolt right up, using a different engine coupler, to your Bravo. Your front motor mounts from 350 are different on spacing and you have check and measure. Exhaust manifolds may need different rubber adaptors from elbows to outdrive. Mercrusier has them. Wiring is somthing you can always get to work even if you have to direct wire stuff. Engine management stuff is on each engine. Fuel lines should work.

Good Luck
