You must mount a fuel pump. Finding a place is going to be difficult, there isn't much room. Mercury's small motor fuel pump of that era might be the easiest to fit in there. They're driven by alternating pulses from the crankcase. The fitting that supplies pressure to the tank can supply that, but you have to remove the reed valve behind it. After that, it's just plumbing.
