You could try www.certifiedpartscorp.com. Call the number you find there. They may have one, but the price may be more than the outboard is worth.

Another option is to go to www.tcoutboard.com the outboard junkyard. They might have a good used one.

The best option, if you're not in a rush, is to check ebay frequently or save a search there. That carb is a pretty common one to show up. People part out a lot of those outboards. Any of the carbs for mid 70s 7.5 gamefishers will work.

The engine in your outboard is a Tecumseh. The carburetor is a Tillotson, with a built-in bladder fuel pump. Carb kits and new bladder pumps are available at the Certified Parts Corp place.

Good luck!

As I said, ebay. One will turn up there before long. Another approach is to watch Craig's List and buy a parts motor.

There's no simple solution. The company that made the outboard is long out of business, so parts are getting scarce because they're all being bought up by folks like yourself who are trying to keep their outboards in service.

Once you find a carb and get your outboard running well, consider selling it while it's running and finding a Johnson or Evinrude 6 hp model. It will outperform your 7.5, and parts will be available.
