I have a 70's model merc that I am in the process of 'restoring'. I got it running this weekend and noticed some fuel lines were leaking, especially where the brass fittings are crimped to the line.
I was wondering what measurement the fittings are? (metric or standard) My local auto parts store has a board with different holes to check this but the fittings didn't take on any of them.
I was hoping to buy some generic fittings and not have to go through mercury, assuming they even make these any more.
Thanks!
