7.5 Seaking / Chrysler

Just got a 1983 Seaking S/N 38X-22791 Mod. No. VWB-52179D.

Looking for a service manual, fuel mixture, and internal engine parts. The inner throttle pinion gear (plastic - 16 tooth gear) is missing a few teeth and also slips out of reverse from time to time. Idle fast but believe it is due to fuel mix.

Any help would be appreciated.
