Never prepared motor for winter storage after last years usage and seems to be idling a little rough this year. Do not have a tach but it seems as though it will not go into higher RPM's at full throttle. Typically I run it out of gas as part of storage procedure and am thinking that the carburators may possibly be gunked up now. Dirty Carburators? Fuel Problem? Bass season approaching so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

You could be right about the gummed up fuel system. Easy enough to take apart, check and clean. Another easy inexpensive part to change is the fuel pump diaphragm. Changed all my hoses last year-couldn't hurt to do also(and the bulb).
