70 hp force to buy

a friend told me he know of a 95yr 70hp force for sale with controls and gauges low hrs for 600$ it the same motor i got is it worth put in the garage for a rainy day>?

Yes, absolutely. Even for a Force, that's a really good price, and I wouldn't pass it up. Even if you just sit on it for the rainey day.

Sounds like a bargain....jus' make sure it runs good (compression check) and prep it for storage or check the carbs and fuel system/pump for gunk.

Blue book shows it at HALF price...Look close. Im not a Force guy..but might be in this case!
