70 hp Johnson VRO - Year? Power cc?

I recently bought an older 70hp Johnson and was wondering about the year, and the power. Is outboard power rated in cc's, if so, what is the cc, gear and compression ratio? Any other specs like weight or alternator output would be greatly appreciated. Although this motor runs like a top, I'm considering repowering to a fourstroke and would like to compare a 60 and 75hp fourstroke with my 70hp. Repowering's a bit of a pipe dream at this point, but I've got time to do the research.

OLD MOTOR, it is almost new 1990. excellent motor, properly maintained. it is one of the most efficient motors for power to weight ratio. motors are rated by HP, and HP is HP, whether 2 stroke or 4 stroke.-
