704 control config.

Can a single 704 binnacle control be converted from a push to open throttle to a pull to open throttle the way that a 703 can by swapping out the internal mechanism? Is it the same part? I am going to tear into it later to see, but if someone can respond before I do it I'd be saving some time if it can't be done.

best I recall its simply a matter of flipping the trottle cam. no parts replacements nessasary.
