70's Sears Gamefisher power head removal

I have a 70's (I believe) 15 hsp Gamefisher. I'm trying to remove both the power head and the lower unit. I can't get either off. I've stripped and unbolted just about everything I can think of yet I cant get either off. For ID this motor has a white cover with a green stripe decal. Did they weld this motor together? I've worked on Evinrude, Johnson, Gale and both the head and lower units are a breeze. I can't figure this motor out. What am I missing? Help!

PB Blaster, turn it upside down and spray PB through the mist holes in the leg and let it set. You drive shaft is most likely rusted in.
