71 Merc 120 distributor options?

I have an older trihull with a Merc 120 which still uses a points type ignition.
Is there a modern upgrade I can do to convert this to electronic ignition?

The original set up is still fine, but I'd like to modernize it a bit. I thought about the Pertronix kits but wasn't sure if they would hold up to marine conditions?
I've had other boats that were hard to restart if they got wet, although this is a pretty dry boat, I'd feel better about not having points to get wet.
