72 40hp merc, cant find the correct part or part number

i cant seem to locate this part. from the parts list i have part number 95044a1, rod link. the problem is the part number is for the wrong side of the problem. looking for the idle arm adjuster (?) . looked up parts list and cant find the part number. the list shows part #1, as a throttle arm actuator, and the new part number is 95044a1.
here is the photo of the broken piece.
question, where do i get one, what is the part number so i dont look like the idiot i am. i cant get the boat idling with out this stupid plastic part

honestly your best bet would be ebay or looking for a parts motor on Craigslist. I have a 79 40hp and got a 1980 40hp on craigslist for 100 bucks.
