I think......


was replacing all fuel/emissions lines today and discovered that the line connecting the two carbs wasn't clamped down to the lower carb. DERRR I'd bet that fixes my no idle and surging problem.

BTW be VERY carful with your engine side fuel connector.

I saw it leaking, removed brass fitting, teflon taped and reinstalled. Overtorqued and cracked the threaded area on the connection. It was already failing as that's where it was leaking before. Trying to figure out how to fix/band aid it till i can find a new one. I'm thinkin hose clamp for now. What do you guys think.

Any of you think my problems are mostly solved? Aside from the upper crank oil seal.

Also the hose clamp worked
