so i am at the point where i can start sealing the seams....what should i use??????? and i have been reading alot about different coatings and i think i will use a thick coat of the Gluvit product before painting but i see that people are using zinc chromate primer,,, my question is if im using the gluvit will i need to use this zinc chromate as well?

Take a little time and read thru my restore thread. Link is at the bottom of my post.

The gluvit is used inside to help seal seams and rivets. The zinc chromate is an etching primer used on bare aluminum outside prior to priming and painting.
