I have a 65hp evinrude 73mod and when I put the hammer dowm it will either choke dow to were i have to ease off on the throttle or it will take several seconds before it will catch and plane out. Is this carb or fuel pump? Also i want to hook up a Tach on this old basscat, I know I need a hot wire and the gray wire in the harness, were do I hook the ground to?Thanx guys!
