'73 7.5 HP float adjustment ???

I've been repairing this little engine which was pretty much free to me. Test ran it last night and found out that it's flooding real bad. I'm pretty sure it needs a new float, when I first pumped up the primer bulb it got good and firm, after a few minutes I could pump the primer bulb and see fuel coming coming out the front of the carb.

I don't have a manual for this engine (trying not to have to buy one as I'm planning on listing the engine for sale as soon as it's running properly) - can someone tell me the proper float adjustment?
