Hello All,<br /><br />I have a 73 Evinrude 60HP model number 60173C that with the lower unit mostly dis-assembled. I can not seem to figure out how to get the oil pump assembly out of the unit, this is the last bearing and short sub shaft in the very rear of the housing looking in from the prop end. Could anyone help me with how this unit comes out. I'am also looking for any specs and diagrams anyone may have with regard to the lower unit and the bearing play tolerances etc. Any diagrams on the electric portion of the unit would be great. This unit had the symptom of forward with no nuetral or reverse.
