74' Merc 20.Starving problem.

[STUTE]

My Merc only runs when it has fuel in the bowl.(Carburettor)

So I pump it up with the bulb on the line and it runs for maybe a minute on Idle and then dies.

I re prime the bulb aand off it goes again with a couple of pulls.

Is my fuel line blocked?
Is the bulb on the line stopping fuel going in after its been running?

Is there somthing wrong with the carbie?

Ayuh,... My 1st Guess is, the fuelpump is failing...

I didnt even knew it had one.


I thought i worked off the Vaccum for the motor.

How do I fix it??

Where is it??
