Re: 75 Horse Mariner leaking from lower end
Usually a sign of leaking driveshaft oil seals. The gear oil will leak out into the water pump then finds its way out the intakes.
You can find a parts breakdown from one of these sites then order the appropriate seals, gaskets, etc:

Recommend you renew the impeller as well, while you have the lower unit down for repairs.
