75 HP chrysler ,thermostat temp??

I think I need a new thermostat for my 75 HP chrysler,,,mod. #757HC What is the temp for this thermostst? Thanks

Mercury sells them for 22 bucks. Part number 47594. Also gasket is 27-828319 ($1.25) and a new grommet 25-F84504 cost $5.00. Temperature is 142 degrees F.
