75 Twin Honda year?

I'm trying to find the year of an old motor I have. It is a Honda 75 twin. Model number is B75-2006964.

I have a handa b75-2003823. I just got off a friend. I am having the same problem. know one in my area can tell me much about this motor. I need a tiller handle and a carb but cant find anyone that sells them. if anyone can give any info about these motors please help

I just ran across one of these and looking for info as well. It's a 7.5 horse motor. Anyone know anything about these? Links, pics,info ??
