76 85hp johnson no fuel to plugs

What could cause no fuel to the plugs> I took off the carbs and looked at them they were very clean. I replaced the gas lines because the were starting to rot and i have no gas leaks any where. Could it be the carbs and if so is it an easy fix like dipping them in cleaner? Thanks in advance.

Tell us a bit more about whats going on. Will it start? How did you determine there is no fuel getting to the plugs? Has it been sitting?

I pulled plugs out and no smell of gas. But poured gas in the cylinders and still wont start. I did just have the timber base replaced but i dont think it was bad.

Ok. It wont start. Have you checked for spark? How about compression?
