77 johnson 70 hp hole shot bog

I have recently cleaned the carbs, changed impeller, t-stat, relief valves, head gasket, rebuilt the lower unit, and new l77jc4 plugs at .040 gap. I have had the problem before and after I did this work. When I open her up from a dead stop or slow troll, she bogs unless I tap the choke. and she'll run fine. this happens whether it is warmed up or not. Any info?

check fuel pump and gas tanks to make sure it is getting the fuel it needs for your hole shot.

I'll check the pump. The tank, bulb and line are good. i removed and cleaned the tank last fall, with good siphon on the bulb and line.<br /><br />How much pressure should the pump create?
