Any updates to this project? I got hooked on reading the entire thread, and was shocked with the passing of "5speed" Hope the boat gets finished and we'll get to see pics. Not sure if the person taking on project is sticking with same name for boat, but my recommendation would be to name it...."5speed" Hope to see any updates, thinking of getting an older 1970 18' SS myself, but not sure if I could do all that restore myself
