First let me say THANK YOU to all who have advised me from this site, you guys have been a HUGE help!
Here is what I started with, bad floor, bad transom, bad wiring, bad plumbing, bad steering cable, bad lower unit, bad carpet, flat tires, ripped cover, and bad lights and wiring, this is after I replaced the tires to drive it to the cover shop:

Stage 2, gut the whole thing!

Next, new floor and transom:

Now for the new carpet and paint the inside of the hull:
Put it all together... except for the rear seat:
