I need a wire harness for my 79 mercury..the plug on the side of the housing runs to the solonoid, choke, starter and towards the stator is gone. The insulation has fallen off and the wires are green....I do not have any model or serial numbers due to it not being here..can I purchase the part without this...is this a do-it a yourselfer job....
