79 switzer ss w 200hp merc looking for mods and ideas

I got a 79 switzer ss with a 200hp merc and im looking for ideas and easy mods i can do on the boat and motor to get better performance. I did just get a 6inch jack plate for it and that will be going on in a week or two and i will be swapin the midsection and lower unit too. Any help will be great!!

top speed is what im really looking for . Im hitting about 67mph with 2 people in the boat and 6 gallons of gas . i think with what i have i should be getting a little more mph .
