"80"85hp evinrude dies after ten mins

my 85hp will stall and die after running 15-40 mph it will start if you choke it alot no (primer bulb) but it will run slow for 5min then die again its also hard to keep running when first started i pulled float bowls off and cleaned to no avail also batt.wont charge it runs slow all day long please help

The obvious is to start by installing a primer bulb. Sounds like fuel starvation.

When it does this start pumping the fuel bulb and see if she will keep running. If so rebuild the fuel pump. Some model OMC pumps are throw away pumps. You did not list serial number.

j0004526 i think.... it has a inboard tank i dont think it needs a primer bulb does it thanks ill try any ways
