80 hp 90 hp carbs interchange ?

can i swap my 1989 80 hp mercury outboard carbs. from a 90 hp carbs. and if so does anything else have to be changed ? what years will fit? thanks .

1993 and prior used the 71.1ci block and only difference is carbs. What year 90hp carb as there was some jet changes if i remember right...
