I can't believe it does not. Look at the lowest point of the hull, on the transom. Both inside and outside.<br /><br />The bilge plug is probably installed from the inside, but you can see the hole below the engine mounting bracket, from the outside.
my '89 bayliner has square-headed pipe thread plug which screws into round plate at bottom most vee in transom on the outside. all that is visible when i actually remember to install it is the square head and a few threads, maybe 1/2 in sticking out of plate screwed to transom.
