hey guys,
ive got a 1981 Evinrude 150 with a fairly recent rebuild. when i take it out it will usually do fine for 15 to 20 minutes under half throttle. after that it will cut out. sometimes it will bog down for 5 or 10 seconds before cutting out. and it seems that when i try to go faster it will die quicker. i can let it sit for about 15 - 30 minutes and it will crank and run fine but it will do it again before too long. i have replaced the fuel pumps because of advice from a mechanic, but it did not help me. i have been told a bad temp sensor could be the problem, but i'm not sure. please help!
